Kek, was just bitching about that to Dru last night.

He's literally been forgotten since TBC, it's retarded.

And never forget Based Gorgonna; everything a WarCraft Orc should be.

Gorganna was a little to flagellating but at the same time she was pretty cool.

The best way to do it would be they feel some pride in their past but acknowledge the horrible parts

In addition to Nazgrel and Jorin I'd also like some clan identity back. The clans that feature in battlegrounds are pretty much the only ones that really have one. So we got Frostwolves (lame), Warsong (ultra-awesome) and maaaaybe Dragonmaw (which would also be ultra-awesome) though I'm really not sure what their status even is.

Blizzard invests too much into faction leaders and never the other characters who also contribute to giving some identity to the playable races.

Even when it comes to faction leaders, they fall short there too.

Same, formalize them as military legions and set them up as counterparts to resurgent Alliance armies/nations

Frostwolf need flavor other than "not completely genocidal"

Frostwolves also have wolves. They are the most wolfiest wolf that ever wolfed.

They don't abuse or break their animal companions like the Thunderlords.
They hold funeral rights for their wolves after death.
One of the artifacts is a frost wolf pup spirit from ancient times.

"In life, no two creatures will share a stronger relationship than that of a Frostwolf orc and his or her companion wolf. The two eat, sleep, and fight side by side until one or both dies an honorable death. Even then, sometimes not even death itself can stop a frostwolf from coming to the aid of its beloved orc."

Heartwarming.

Also useless against the Botani and Ogres and such, or at least, no more effective than the Thunderlords methods.

And again, that's part of my problem, the Thunderlords 'break' their animal companions so the Frostwolves trait is being the only orc clan that's only partial-bastards instead of complete bastards.

Where are the ice elementals? The wolves that can cast frost spells by howling? Ghost wolves? Wolves made out of ice? Magic shamany ice weapons or rituals?

Orc Icon (War3)

That's my Top 3.

1) Broxigar the Red: The only one who damaged Sargeras body and died covered in glory after kill countless demons! Akama'gosh Broxigar!

2) Orgrim Doomhammer: Beat Gul'dan, the most "powerfull" orc live and took control of the Horde recovering the honor lost with the Warlock practices. For the Horde!

3) Garrosh Hellscream: He forged his own name without the shadow of his father and died under corruption of the old god with the lore wheight up his shoulders for three WoW expantions. Loktar Ogar warchief!

Garrosh should have been orc Otto Von Bismarck, not orc hitler.

No way

Otto cared about Germany, Guldan sees the Horde as a tool for his own deification

Blackhand as Kaiser might not be a bad comparison but i still dont feel its apt

Gul'dan made the Horde and he was ruthless in his methods to make the Horde.

On this note, ever since Vanilla I felt instead of going really really heavy industrialization, the Horde should've had a mix of tech and alchemy with a focus on heavy organic stuff.

Even before Gurtogg Bloodboil was first Dire Orc I wanted Dire Orcs and Trolls in the Horde altered by goblin and troll and forsaken alchemy.

I wanted Silithid colossi controlled by pheremone sprays.

I wanted Kodo and Stormlizards bred together to create big, lightning spitting kodo.

The Alliance would do the honorable thing and prove themselves worthy inheritors to the Titans / Elune / Dragons and take up their legacies and build upon them further, but the Horde... in my mind the Horde was meant to Murder the old gods and rip their secrets from their corpses. To tear down demons stick them in crystals and have casters imprison them as they're sucked dry, dissected, and weaponized against the rest of the legion and such.
