Not sure which thread was best for this question, but here it goes:

Wowhead has a filter for NPCs called "uses model #", which allows you to find all NPCs with the same model. However, I can't find any way to actually find out model numbers.

I'm leveling some alts right now. When my Rogue walked into her class hall, I spent a good five minutes looking up names I saw that I half-remembered from earlier expansions.

Didn't do that with my Warrior--I got a bunch of nameless vrykul and eventually three Wrath bosses. That whole place fits Paladins more; I wanted to see us get an uneasy truce between the battleground factions instead of being the result of a vrykul affirmative action policy.

I'm leveling alts too and it's very slow. Anything to speed it up? I use heirlooms but it doesn't seem to help very much.

My Paladin's 106 after just Stormheim, with 50% extra XP from heirlooms, almost permanent rested XP from not being played for months and both Mining and Herbalism. I've been doing all the quests (except Dances With Ravenbears because fuck trying to get that to work properly) and bonus objectives.

I wish mogging over Thas'dorah didn't get rid of the quiver.

Gravax the Desectrator's voice lines would work well in a Steamy Romance Novel.

"Tremble beneath the might of the Burning Legion," indeed.

I wonder if the design of the Mythic version of Blackhand's Faceguard is an intentional reference to the antlers on WC1/WC2-era Blackhand's helm. I'd be pretty happy if that was the case, since it'd be a nice subtle nod by Blizzard to the character's nowadays mostly ignored visual roots.

When you place the two side-by-side it does look pretty conspicuous, but I'm also thinking that the faceguard could have just been designed to feature a somewhat novel take on the Unnecessary Spikes™ trope, which just happened to end up looking sort of like antlers.

Edit: I also just noticed the similar crests of spikes running along the top of both helmets, and the shapes of both helms is fairly similar if you remove the "jaw" and that thing in front of the nose on Blackhand's Faceguard. The two large spikes to either side of the faceguard's mouth could serve as stand-ins for Blackhand's own tusks. The two iron circles on the bottom of the faceguard's lower jaw could even be alluding to WC1 Blackhand's circular cloak clasps.

Alright, so I guess it is looking pretty likely to be an intentional reference. The antlers was mainly what stood out to me at first glance, and I didn't really notice the other similar details between the two.

Cool stuff! Pretty sure it's intentional.

A thought crossed my mind: What would happen if the developers gave druids and shamans to Humans and Blood Elves?

Yeah, that's what I thought. I've seen several threads in the official forums of people requesting those things. Poor tauren would be decimated. I think they should be allowed to be warlocks. Might help them shake off that goody-two-shoes image they have.

And about Lady S'theno, all we need is Lady E'uralye and kawaii little sister M'edusa to complete the set.

In the shaman campaign you enter a mine called Twilight Depths in southeast Deepholm. Was this place here in Cata? I honestly do not remember it and it's not on wowpedia.
