It seems that The Last Jedi had a few deleted scenes in it, which were deleted to improve pacing. One of those scenes was Rey receiving a Jedi training similar to Luke, and those scenes will be included in the BluRay version.

I said the prequels would be redeemed by the Disney era of Star Wars.

I stay strong after this.

I am disappoint.

Three pages and not a single webm or a meme of any of the hilariously bad scenes.

Not even Super-Leia...

The Leia scene was weird...

So how are they going to handle the character? It's sad that Fisher had passed away. I hope her character could have a good ending in EP IX.

Force pull has been a thing for a while. Are you new to the franchise?

In the vacumn of space? Also it was Leia who did it. I think this would go over better with fans if we knew what’s considered a newb vs. advanced technique.

Why would being in a vacuum matter? It hasn't before. Also, Leia is Darth Vader's (very powerful force user) daughter and I hear she was the first one Luke trained. Force pull seems to be one of the easier things to do, too (at a smaller scale, at least).

I don't think Leia is a Jedi.

To be fair, Luke pulled it off in the Wampa cave in ESB, before any Yoda training.

TFA was basically a EP4 remake and TLJ went too far. We need something that is not that extreme.

Why wouldn’t it matter and when hasn’t it mattered? Who has been shot deep into outer space and survived? Grevious? I think his cyborg parts saved him.

I'm more and more convinced that Snoke is alive, and his story is in no way done.

Anakin was created from the Force by Darth Plagueis. I know that's literally "nobody", but it's hardly "nobody".

Wouldn't be the first time somebody came back from what happened to him.

I mean, it was kind of hinted that Rey could be a similar situation. According to Snoke (and Luke, I think) the Force works by a rubberband principle. The more powerful the dark side gets, the stronger somebody from the light sight needs to be to balance it. Kind of like how Mario Kart's AI works. No need to train; As long as somebody super powerful is out there, someone else will be powerful enough to counter them.

Rey may very well have been born specifically to counter the growing evil that was Snoke (wherever the fuck he was where Sheev and Vader couldn't detect for whatever reason) and later Kylo Ren.

Wait when was it said that’s how Anakin was born? I thought he was Force Jesus?

You can hear the body shit himself.
It's clear he is dead and the director thought little of the character.
Now it seems that there is no creative vision for the trilogy, so next episode might completely ignore it.

In the Plagueis novel I think it was. He is still Force Jesus, just with Plagueis as the role of God in this scenario using the Force to do it.
