My order of preference first to last is Night elf, Blood elf/Sayaad (succubus), draenei.

As far as I can tell, the Gnomes are the only race with an elected leader.

They suck otherwise, but, what the hell. Freedom, and all that shit...

I'd prefer to be a human, like I am in real life. Primarily because when one knows that for 100% there is an afterlife, then one should not be afraid of death, so long as one's deeds are good. So, having a long lifespan wouldn't help much.

Or maybe Draenei. It's remarkable that I'd like to be the race that I dislike the most out of all playable races.

High Elf... not sure I'd want to survive the Fall of Quel'Thalas though.

Permanent Dead. To have witnessed the horrors that were the Fall of Quel'Thalas, the magical addiction that came afterwords, the feeling of betrayal by both your government, your religion and your allies, and the constant living in fear of your life. I don't have the willpower to like that... or survive it for that matter.

Well, I think it's a good sign that nobody said Forsaken. Of course, with the right maintenance...

I think we've only had one member who would like the idea of being undead.

I would consider it, if there was no other way to be virtually immortal and if I there was a way to avoid the decomposition of my body. Otherwise, I'd only consider undeath, if I were to turn into a incorporeal being. Of course, this is all under the assumption that I'd still be myself and not a twisted mockery.

By the way, Hagrid seems to have edited his post. He also has the Forsaken in his list, like Xil probably would.

I do not fear death but I'm curious enough that I wouldn't say no to an extended life beyond my mortal limits though as you say it depends in what form. As a zombie isn't that inviting.
Vampirism is undeath too but I'm not too keen on the idea of living off humans if I have to kill them to do it.

My mistake then.
Two who would like being a zombie then.

Yeah, being a zombie is a big no-no. Vampirism I wouldn't mind much, I'd just have to be careful so I don't kill anyone.

Anyways, if I had to choose amongst the many undead found in the scourge, I'd choose to be a val'kyr, banshee or san'layn.

I'd have to choose San'layn out of those three. My masculinity probably limits my ability to be a val'kyr or banshee .

I'd rather kill myself if I ended up as an undead. Vampirism would be nice if the sun didn't kill you but instead weakened you like Dracula.

Detail, details. We'll just have to mold your soul so it fits your new nature. If the mogu can do it, so can we.

Lichdom has a certain cool ring to it. Sure you're a dried out corpse, but the magic and knowledge you will learn! Also, you could probably polymorph yourself into a living man if you ever needed to do... stuff that the living do.

Given that I'd probably have great difficulty functioning in a non-democratic society, I guess the gnomes.
