Yeah, but The Final Countdown is a pretty epic rock ballad.

Funny note: Bryan Danielson (Daniel Bryan) used to use that as his entrance music back in Ring of Honor.

When even the AP is calling shenanigans, you know the gig is up.

All the pomp and circumstance of a joint session for a lot of smoke and mirrors and absolutely no substance or tangible value.

Jimmy Carter can die happy. He lived long enough to see a worse one come along.

I can say literally the same thing about every candidate on the block. That article isn't saying anything new, just spinning the logic to affect a positive or negative light on the president. Paul, Perry, Hunstman, Romney, none of them have any power over the jobs bills they may produce, but they still produce them. Now if they had said "Obama's bill doesn't add up all the numbers correctly," that's a different story, but instead it's just an obvious fluff piece that started no where and ended nowhere solely for political potshots.

That's the point.

The mainstream media is turning on Obama. The AP used to be one of his biggest cheerleaders. Hell, earlier someone posted an MSNBC link that was shockingly not deliberately leftist. It's like the little kid finally pointed out that the emperor has no clothes.

You do know what the AP is, right? It's a newswire, it's not supposed to put out op-eds. This isn't the media turning on Obama, this is just bad media.

And really...have you not seen The Daily Show or Colbert Report? They've been ragging on Obama's failures for years. Any well informed individual has been privy to his fantasies and faults for years. The only difference between then and now is the furor in which over-zealous conservatives/liberals attempt to reinterpret reality to fit their own goals.

It's cute how you cling to the delusion that the AP is an unbiased newswire.

You do have a masterful way of dismissing everything I say as mere conservative hysteria. Perhaps you should consider a career as a condescending editorial writer.

They aren't unbiased, but they don't do op-eds on a daily basis either. That's why they're more trusted than the average media jockey.

Because you're functioning from an extremely biased state of mind. You take assertions at face value without fact checking, and then refuse to acknowledge when you make a mistake. It's not a new thing either, most of my hyper conservative friends do the same thing. They just aren't willing to open their minds to new ways of thinking and put their feet on the ground to check facts they are given. Liberals too, because they're indoctrinated to believe that there is only one right way. The problem is you're both functioning from a black and white perspective, and everyone else is caught between you two bickering, just trying to go about their days knowing that the whole world is filled with shades of grey.

Am I the only one who DOESNT want a morally dark, baby murderer congress? I'm tired of all this moral ambiguity in my stuff.

(sorry)

Agreed. Congress should outlaw abortion immediately.

Because it's obviously the child's fault.

Kill the rapist. Leave the baby alone.

So a person who may not be able to financially able to handle having a baby, let alone want to be emotionally attached to something someone forced into her, should be forced to handle it or send it off to some orphanage and may very likely have a terrible life anyway. Yea I don't think it's the mothers fault either (unless you want to go down that route too). I mean why should a 14 year old girl who was abducted, got raped, and impregnated who didn't then get murdered be forced with a child? Course I don't really put a partially developed embryo in the same category as a fully developed baby.

But yea I agree, kill the rapist and anyone else who is in prison for the rest of their lives who we know for a fact did the crime they are there for without a shadow of doubt.

Darkmoon Card: Twisting Nether

Up to a certain amount of time has passed there isn't a "baby". The problem is determining that specific moment.

Better yet, cut benefits for grown adults who can get a fucking job, and give the infants a chance to become wage earning, tax-paying citizens rather than more mass for the landfill.

Fun fact, orphan/adoptee children are more likely to be homeless/destitute than the average non-orphan. So the people you're saying should "get jobs" are more than likely to be the same people you said "must live." Funny how statistics works.
