AU should be closed off and forgotten. It's a source for nothing but confusion whenever you stop to think about consistency beyond the superficial level. Sure, Blizzard can skip all the questions about duplicate characters (from orcs to Draenei and even Naaru), AU/MU versions of famous characters, why aren't people from Outland moving there, what happens to AU timeline (including AU Azeroth) now that the Legion (which is a single entity for all universes) has been banquished (I mean, AU is in the past!), but it's a glaring rip in the fabric of lore (which is already full of holes) and such things need to be fixed or they'll only grow. Also, these orcs being AU is an even worse decision when we have the Mag'har in MU, which are also pure orcs comprised of many clans that may have preserved many old traditions, and thus could have all the same customization options the AU orcs have with two bonuses: no continuity snarl and allowing us to get much-needed news from Outland. Any news from Boralus? I hope it has a good and varied racial presence, but I fear it will be just kul tirans everywhere...

MMO-C, in the other hand, covers larger areas of both cities. I'd like to see more of the Alliance embassy in Boralus. Only image I could find with actual Alliance presence were these: https://media.mmo-champion.com/image.../Boralus21.jpg https://media.mmo-champion.com/image.../Boralus34.jpg

![]() Honestly while conceptually I've no problem with utilizing AU Draenor stuff, the orcs there are predominantly more villainous than even the worst MU clans. With the exception of the Frostwolves and Laughing Skulls, the AU orcs not only did all that awful stuff under Grommash, but then dumped him to join the Burning Legion despite Garrosh warning them about the demons. So even if Grommash himself was "redeemed" (which was bullshit anyway), the rest were his enemies as well by then, and they didn't even have the excuse of being tricked or enslaved.
Those clans are outright, willful bad guys who started out bad and then elected to become even worse. The Horde shouldn't want anything to do with them. |

https://www.twitch.tv/videos/231866360 The quest chain seems incomplete, but Kul Tiran humans have Druids. In Drustvar. And now I'm thinking of just how interesting it could be if they were involved in the main plot. Wouldn't they be the first that witch hunters would point their torches at, with spooky shit going on in the woods and animals acting up? You could learn more about whatever ancient practices they have, whatever connection it might have to the Drust, and they could perhaps offer novel ways of countering Drust magic after you help them avoid the lynch mob. |

Also lol @ AU Orcs being an allied race. Say what ya'll want about Void Elves, but this is an infinitely worse idea. Worst part is I bet they'll say all the MU Mag'har died as Garrosh loyalists just to have us pull from AU nonsense. |

------------------------------------- By the way, I decided to check if Realm Pop updated its data. There's this weird 0.5% (1.1% at lvl 110) players with unknown race/faction now. I think the algorithm wasn't updated to reckognize the allied races. If so, this percentage may be the total population of all allied race characters. Of course, I'm not sure about that, and we don't know when the data was collected (if closer to Jan 30th or to now), but it's a pretty small population... https://realmpop.com/us.html

Dark Trolls are officially a thing. All tribes of Trolls are on Zandalar. Every single one. Even the Shatterspear make an appearance. http://bfa.wowhead.com/npc=130122/speaker-iknal |

Though I'm pretty surprised to hear about the Shatterspear, given that Blizzard basically said that the tribe as an entity ceased to exist in Cata. https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/12405830492 Quote:

![]() Possibilities
1. Place holder (for what?) 2. Phasing time-fuckery so that Horde can still use it even though canonically they no longer control it 3. Blizzard won't commit to territorial changes and the expansion is gonna suck

![]() Isn't there a way to visit the Alliance counterpart and confirm if there's a Teldrassil portal?
If Blizzard goes back on the whole territorial changes, this shit is gonna suck hard(er). |

![]() It is most likely there for gameplay reasons. Blizz likely remembers how basically everyone still used the Vale's capital cities during WoD because of how shit Ashran was in terms of getting around the game, thus dividing the playerbase even more. They probably don't want that again.
