![]() This has been a hot topic of discussion in the discord, so I figured why not make a thread
This is based on one of BFA's leaks: https://i.redd.it/7eppdsznprd31.png So apparently there's an incarnation of N'zoth walking around, who has been dead for a while and we were never talking to them. The list of suggestions in the discussion goes as follows:
And there may, of course, be more. But in my opinion the best candidate is Wrathion, followed by Bolvar. Remember? The boy king serves at the master's table: ![]()

![]() My personal guess is Shaw, but I'll admit it's not enough of a sealed deal. I just notice how much of this war has his fingerprints all over it.
Wrathion could work, though you'd think there'd be more build up. For him to reappear right in time to say "I've been an Old God all along" I'd be left wondering, "right, but where have you actually been all along." |

![]() Anduin?
Maybe Gary killed him by dropping that bell on him. One can always hope.

![]() Too much PoV material. He'd have to be deceiving not only the world, but himself and the reader throughout all of Before the Storm and Elegy. A whole book with him as the main character would have to be a lie. Whether or not you liked the book or the character, I don't think Blizz would do that.

To be honest, the last time we saw something like that was with Varian and Goldrinn
