Default F.A.S. - Flat Azeroth Society

Welcome to the Flat Azeroth Society thread! Please, be our guest. Just sit back at your computer, and let me do the talking. I'll tell you who I am, what I'm doing, and what I'm accomplishing in the world. You can look at some of my latest theories and insights, and, if you're interested, you can even become an honorary member of the Flat Azeroth Society. So stick around.

What's the purpose of F.A.S.?

At F.A.S. I want to enlighten people and teach them valuable lessons. My mission is simply to make the world (of warcraft) a flatter, and more intelligent world.

What scientific measurements back up my theory?

I am pretty certain You have visited Azeroth at least one time in your life. But have you ever been on Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms during the same day, or night? If you haven't, then allow me to tell you something; when it's day in Kalimdor, it's day in Eastern Kingdoms. When it's night in Kalimdor, it's night in Eastern Kingdoms.
Now what does that tell you? That there are two suns? That's ridicolous... We all know Azeroth orbits around one sun, and one sun only. That leaves only one explanation; Azeroth is flat.

What can You do to help the F.A.S.?

Helping the F.A.S. is not difficult. You must simply spread the word. Enlighten the world. Do this for a better tomorrow.

Really now? To me that just means Blizzard couldn't be bothered making day/night systems. Azeroth is obviously round if you look at it from Outland or on the many titan spheres.

Silly Theik, those were left by the Burning Legion to confuse us. Hail Elune!

It is both round and flat - a disc!

That's an illusion. Tell me you can prove Azeroth is round without lying.

You can't. Because Azeroth is flat, but circular. A disc, as Boren said.

It's impossible for you to see the entire sphere at one time, so how do you know it's not an illusion? An illusion placed there by the corrupted watchers of Ulduar, or even by the Legion themselves!

My fellow reasearchers and a few gnomes have it on good authority that the world is infact hollow.

No, it could just be that both EK and Kalimdor are on the same side of the planet. They're pretty small as continents go, after all. Maybe the other side of the planet is just nothing but water, which is why it doesn't come up much.

...or maybe there's a new continent out there... EXPANSION! AMERIKOR, land of the native am... drat, Tauren, stealing mah idea!

People could speculate and say Pandaria is hidden there somewhere, but that's just an idea which the jews(goblins) came up with to make us all travel there, so they can steal all our gold.

We have had a groundbreaking discovery! My fellow orc colleages and I have deduced that not only is Azeroth flat, but so is Draenor! Additionally, Draenor is actually a level below Azeroth. The Dark Portal is nothing but a simple elevator! As you can see, the sky of much of Draenor is shrouded with no sun, only "celestial" objects that are actually the soil of Azeroth above! Nagrand, however, is an exception; it sticks out beyond the side of Azeroth, allowing sun into this land.

We are even researching the possibility that the elemental planes are all the levels of the elemental plateau in Nagrand, due to the massive organization of elementals there.
