Default Hero Class Suggestion: Alchemical Super Soldier

Using alchemy a Worgen or Forsaken becomes a super soldier like Captain America. Imagine a Worgen or a Forsaken on roids. But that is not all, many of their limbs are removed and then replaced with bionic machinery. The alchemical Super soldier is able to wield a firearm in one hand and a high tech melee weapon in the other hand.

For the Worgen, the entire heart chest cavity is replaced with steampunk engine. Smoke stacks shaped like top hats would billow from the head. Possible customizations include cybernetic eyes. Possible robotic joints in the hands. Male worgens would in fact be able to stand up straight. Surgery on the legs to make the worgens walk like humans, but would result in the loss of four legged locomotion.

For the forsaken, flesh would be regrown in the missing joints or armor would cover up the missing parts. Possible customization include more than just a cybernetic eye but possible Frankenstein bolts in the head. More fleshy than the Worgen type. If chest is visible or even open, make they have iron lungs, literally.

For locomotion, the alchemical super soldiers would all have built in rocket packs similar to goblins. When Alchemical super soldiers reach level 60 they are capable of flight using their rocket packs. rocket packs give them a ranged jump or dash.

Types:

Tank: The Alchemical Super Soldier would have shield with a forcefield. Interrupts would include an emp shockwove. The force shield would have to be charged between attacks. The more damage the shield takes the less effective it becomes in reducing the attack. The alchemical super soldier also has regenerative healing, but minor. It can also throw portable forcefield to its allies for shielding.

Ranged DPS: The Alchemical Super Soldier can dual wield fire arms, as in two rifles at the same time. These include large gatling guns.

Hybrid Melee and Midranged: The alchemical super soldier is able to wield a two handed sword in One hand and a Fire arm in the other. Generally the melee weapon is a gnomish vibro blade, a hammer with gears, or possibly even a chainsaw.

Lore:

Krenan Aranas understands that to save Gilneas, regular worgen are simply not enough. Together with the gnomes, they start doing experiments to take the Worgen into being something more.

Sylvanas knowing that to defeat such opponents, she wants her apothecaries to build her own alchemical super soldiers. She enlists the aid of goblin alchemists as well.

The alchemical super soldier can survive in terrains that normal grunts or footmen cannot. This includes the bottom of the sea or possibly even a vacuum. They require little food to operate. They have lost all sexual or romantic desires. Thanks to wiring in their brain, majority of their thoughts are for killing. The Worgen has his rage increased while the Forsaken becomes more devout to their banshee queen. Neural enhancements give the alchemical super soldier faster reflexes. Cybernetic eyes or eye is built in with long range visual depth.

Armor: Plate

Racial Bonuses:

The Worgen Alchemical Supersoldier gains a free trinket that allows him to break out of spells similar to Will of the Forsaken.

The Forsaken have a special ability to release plague similar to death knights.

Possible Future Alchemical Super Soldiers: Human or Goblin. Goblin would first have to be altered into a hob goblin.

Alchemical Super Soldier Hideouts.

Forsaken: The Plaguelands.

Worgen: Dun'Morogh

I like it, Dun Morogh doesn't really fit Worgen though.

Those are more like Hulks than soldiers

I was thinking more along the lines of Captain America, Winter Soldier, Wolverine, Spartans or Space Marines.

Tesla Coils would be frikken awesome on forsaken.

Hey, trolls are an entire species made of people with a pretty competent healing factor, I'll have you know. And they already have the cultural habit to binge on goblin drugs to enhance their battle abilities.

That's wolverine level of super soldier material right there.

Berzerkers are a blood thirsty sect of Trolls dedicated to the total annihilation of their hated enemies, the Elves. Suffering numerous experiments with strange chemicals and potions by the Goblin Alchemists, the Berzerkers have had many strange abilities bestowed upon them that make them all but unstoppable in the heat of battle. Berzerkers are hardier and stronger than most Trolls, effectively transforming them into a veritable whirling cyclone of death and destruction.

Not on board with that degree of cyberization but I do agree alchemical soldiers should be more common in the horde and among worgen and nelfs

I guess the berserkers could use some mental conditioning to become proper soldiers. Just can't see them using high tech.

They could use goblin tech. They already have an established relationship. Goblins even have troll slaves, I doubt they would have any moral qualms about experimenting on them.

Now that I think of it, almost nobody ever experimenting on using the troll regenerative abilities in some sort of fashion is strange.

What happen if you cut a troll arm and graft it on another troll ?
