For Kellick, the Wildhammer are squatters, while the Jellyneck trolls are the rightful denizens of the Highlands.

You guys... are you really trying to understand Kellick's post or are you doing it on purpose?

It's funny because the Hinterlands and the Highlands are two entirely different places.

Truthfully? Yes. Because sometimes he makes good points.

And then when I look at the US Story Forums I wonder why I think this.

Jellyneck is said to be a native of the Highlands. Trolls have held most of their lands longer than the younger races, ergo the Wildhammers could be squatters.

Unless I am mistaken, the post was supposed to be humorous.

Runes

I think they think the Jellynecks are the Revantusk or something?

I dunno.

I mean, I even had the "" and everything.

The Jellyneck Tribe (actual name unknown) is supposedly a local Troll tribe. Since they'd presumably been there for some time now, I jokingly implied that the Dwarves were the squatters and the Dragonmaw had sided with the real locals in order to reverse the previous poster's statement.

As for the war against the Wildhammers, it will always be present. The Orcs just came in the zone and declared it was theirs while the Dwarves lived there for ages. Unless the Dragonmaw decides to go elsewhere, peace will never be a thing in that area.
Keep in mind that said Dragonmaw wasn't actually part of the Dragonmaws that stayed behind in the Twilight Highlands, he was captured after the second war and was in the internment camps, and most likely followed Thrall into Kalimdor. He had never even ridden a dragon before.
