If he has grown up sons before Rise fo the Horde main events, this mean he has been a Thunderlord for many years (at least 12).

If Fenris got lost/missing as a youngling (like when he was 6 years old), he could be unrecognizable by his relatives in Kosh'hargs.

Maybe the 3 of them saw each other the last time as young boys? Probably even orcs can develop a bit during puberty

And the two of them only realise it as they get into head to head combat and AFTER he opened their eyes with his 'question'. So probably even Ga'nar and Durotan needed a hint AND a good look to realise it.


Oooooor, something far-fetched and hypothetical, their brother just took the place of the original Fenris Wolfbrother, posing as a puppet of the Iron Horde. But I don't believe thats the case.

Given that apparently, Vol'jin won't actually be involved in WoD for the first patch or so, I think having the Darkspear actually show up is the least they could do to make them more visible, post Siege of Orgrimmar.

He's taunting them. Why they respond that way needs no explanation. It's not like they have even more brothers.

Lore & Quest Design previous BlizzCon conventions

I need information about 05 and 07 editions.

Was more directed at Tauren Paly, not you Mutterscrawl. He sees everything as bad.

We still just have some scenes and sentences, not the full picture, right now.
Sadly I didn't see the end of the fight and what they talked about afterwards, because it lagged pretty heavily.

But WoD seems to be pretty layered and the devs - atleast some of them - put their brains into it. Things are interconnected to the MU (books, WC1+2 and BC) and we have big lore figures, aswell as smaller NPCs reappearing, while being fleshed out with more information and story.

Ah, but Deathbringer Saurfang was a soulless mindslave husk to the Lich King. Killing him was just undesecrating his corpse.

However, Fenris is still fully Fenris. Uncorrupted. He is fully their Brother.

An interesting note. The streamer visited Orgrimmar, and the guards seem to have been replaced with Trolls. However, Garrosh was still there.

If anyone wants to search through the last few hours of that for stuff and quest text, this is where it is. The last few hours of it are WoD content, and I don't feel like sifting through it myself.

But thats exactly the theme of warcraft, or should I say Wow. a load of complete nobodies with no relation to the lore characters at all coming along and killing said lore characters, while the actual lore characters are caught up in something or stunned or trapped.

For me, the one decent boss fight with some actual character involvment in the fight that had meaning, as it came from the days of WC3, was having Maiev against Illidan, and actually staying there fighting him till the end of the fight.

Completely agree. It's more interesting to have Fenris linked to the Frostwolf than he just being the nobody chieftain of a clan.

Because that would totally work for a (MMO)RPG, if not the player would kill the bosses/enemies? Always 'needing help' to finish off someone?
People didn't like Tirion's Kill-steal for a reason.


She throws daggers and casts shadow strike. Not that involved.
And, as Illidan maybe makes his return someday, as hinted by the devs, she didn't even make sure he's dead dead dead dead, for sure.


Breath in, breath out, don't care about old stuff, be happy that the new stuff is great and this time the related -literally related- NPCs don't just stand by and watch.

Legacy looks like it has feats of strength for things that you can no longer obtain. Maybe feats will now be for stuff you can still get but still very difficult? Like The Insane title or a legendary weapon.

Legacy achievement : Debate on lampposts.

Legacy achievement : Be there for scrollgate.
