Am I the only one looking at it being slightly odd from a "Warden/Arcane user perspective"? You know, used to be a death sentence in their lands, now stopping a big name mage from being killed?

Also wouldn't be surprised if Blizzard finally sort out what they're doing with Maiev- it's been hanging for rather a while now (Either she's planning something really big, or she's more of a danger to herself at this rate. Two years and nothing?), and given a major Warden character, a return to Outland/Draenor, and that she's a character who'd need an explained absence from more than a few future expansions, I think we might see a conclusion... To this part of her story anyway.

The Night Elves haven't had a problem with Alliance Mages since Vanilla. All the 'extremist' ones probably got purged circa Wolfheart.

Right. So far I've been nothing but ecstatic about WoD.

But.

I'm REALLY pissed off that they're going overboard on the trend of "let's give mage all the nifty spells from Diablo 3, and jack squat to everyone else".

Horde/Alliance bias is not a thing. But mage bias always has been!

Am I a bad person for wanting every Draenei NPC, even Velen, to end up wearing human-themed armor when WoD hits live, just for the meltdowns?

Fixed.

Also, frankly, your wish isn't too out of the question for Blizzard. It wouldn't shock me if they did this to differ between the MU and AU Draenei.

But I could definitely work with seeing it as armor sets. And maybe something kinda Warden-y for Monks...I can hope

Oh yeah. I forgot Monks.. well.. eh.. they can.. I dunno.. go away?

Okay, I didn't mean that -- sorry.

Faction war can be done well, but Blizzard has half assed it and it has predictably flopped as a result.

...oh god, that would just be cruel. To the Blizzard CMs unfortunate enough to try and clean it up.

It's genius. Sometimes I use this tricky thing too via TeamViewer. But I've never tried this with WoW. Playing WoW without keyboard must be a one hellish experience.

That armor and colour scheme is what intrigues me the most.

Where the heck would you expect to see yellow as the primary colour to the NPCs' colour pallet?

Armour looks a bit... un-Gilnean, albeit subject to change.

I think more likely the NPC is just a Prison Guard somewhere in the world like say... a Garrison camp, who happens to be a Worgen.

I highly doubt we're getting a Worgen district. When they say "fix" Stormwind they'll probably pretty-up the area around the Park ruins, fix the road, add some masonry to the edges, etc.

So how about the interactions between fathers and sons? Thrall and Durotan, Grom and Garrosh? I expected those to get major character developments in WoD but so far not a single peep about them. You'd think with how completed FFR looks, and how involved both Thrall and Durotan are in it, word would've gotten out by now. I actually expected the most emotional moments of the expansion to come exactly from those parts... So either no one cares enough about that part of the lore to post pictures or Blizzard just didn't put any effort there which is really disappointing.

I think emotion between characters has been killed off because of complaints and developers not giving a shit anymore.

Not the only class, hunters already got glaive toss, murder of crows, and barrage and blink strikes(albeit for pets) and getting ammo modifiers and bola shot in wod
Warriors share whirlwind bladestorm and avatar
Shamans have earthquake and rain of frogs
Monks can split into 2 kinda like that one barb ability of summoning ancestors I think?
I haven't played crusader but I'm sure there's some similarities there too.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

They've been mixing the two games abilities for a while now it's nothing new, and nothing to get upset about. Having played both games I think it's kinda cool.
Hope to see more of it, diablos got some fun abilities.

Warlocks need an ability like Legion Lightning, spells that Archimonde and Kil'jaeden have used.

Apparently this is the dialogue for the Frostfire version of the Gul'dan cutscene:

Gul'dan says: Rise, old friends. The time has come for the next step of my plan.
Gul'dan says: Teron'gor, we'll finish your Shadowmoon business together.
Gul'dan says: I'm sending you to Talador. Infiltrate the Auchenai. Take control of Auchendoun. Bleed it dry.
Image of Teron'gor says: It will be done, Lord Gul'dan.
Gul'dan says: Cho'gall, I'm sending you to Nagrand.
Gul'dan says: You'll subjugate the fallen naaru inside Oshu'gun.
Cho'gall says: I will crush it! (The pale are the key.)
Gul'dan says: All I require is its limitless power.
Gul'dan says: Giselda, you stay here. I have other plans for... what's behind me?
Gul'dan says: Eye, what are you looking at?
Gul'dan says: It's all fun and games until...
Gul'dan winds up an attack as Cho'gall waves goodbye.
Archmage Khadgar says: Gul'dan is with them!
Farseer Urquan says: That cave is inside the Gloomspire. Those are the ruins of Ata'gar to the west.

In Shadowmoon, Giselda is replaced with Razuun.
