Its a cameo at best. The devs only bring back factions as cameos because its quirky.

Why the most boring? I find the murlocs, harpies or gnoll more boring than the tol'vir. At least they have a background.

none of those races you mentioned have been developed in the sense of put on the foreground of current events. All across uldum it had tol'vir everywhere and there conflict, war with each other and the elements.. but they were just so boring -_-. At least murlocs, harpies and gnolls have the advantage of being lesser races, hell even gnolls have one character thats a recognized meme. I can't name one tol'vir that left an impact on the story.

Now darling where did I say I was implying it should be a shared opinion.

This. The Tol'vir plot had a lot of unused potential. The race itself has quite interesting background and they look quite original. The ones with wings and helmers are just badass, they look really stylish. You know, even the idea behind their TCG set was intriguing. If it was possible, I would surely like to meet them again.

I need information about 05 and 07 editions.

So it looks like the explanation for not flying in Draenor will be the "strange crimson energy" from the Dark Portal I guess (if it's effecting the Blasted Lands, I don't see why it wouldn't effect the other side). I wonder how he got that to show up though.

I was in the Blasted Lands yesterday, and aside from the new worgen, gnome and troll guards at the Dark Portal and some new bonfires, I didn't see any of these changes.

Guess it makes sense, this is the younger Garona. But why is she green? Being green skinned for the orcs at this time would only be because of fel magics, so she's either tampering with it like gul'dan is, or he's given her fel stds.

This is actually a good question for Sean Copeland. I actually wanted to know for a long time, in which year Garona was born.

He's a dragon. He can change to whatever form he needs to work with the orcs.

She's working with Gul'dan, so even if she wasn't utilizing fel magic or been force-fed it, she'd turn green due to proximity.

Honestly, it sounds like a bad explanation. If it's because of some crimson energy, why wouldn't it also affect the rylak riders from the Thunderlords, the flying arakkoa and the various flying creatures of Draenor? I'm currently counting on "you are not prepared for the #savage winds of Draenor, which are utterly different from the winds of other worlds."
Basically the same reason the devs had for learning a new flying skill every expansion.

By the way, it is interesting that they changed Khadgar's old BC unique model to a normal human male model in this build.

It could be a placeholder like Varian's Wrath Beta Model or a Semi-Placeholder, since we most likely will see the new human male in one of the next builds.
