AOL forced them to cut a lot of their staff some months back. They let go essentially everyone beyond Stickney, Rossi (only one I really like there, to be honest), Harper, Ziebart, and...probably one or two others.

I've read of others getting invites despite lapsed subs in the past, so its not out of the question.
