Apparently, now that they just plain-out released the trailer, the fragment in agents of SHIELD is going to be a scene from avengers 2.

There won't be a Hulk stand-alone movie as long as Paramount still owns the distribution rights for the character.

He can appear in The Avengers and Disney maintains rights - but if Marvel produces a Hulk film, then Paramount gets to distribute it, and that's a huge chunk of cash.

I think Captain America is going to be the guy wanting to push regulations in Civil War, not Stark. Tony's been pretty anti-government do it himself since IM2, and IM3 did nothing to really change that. In fact, if anything, his anti-government stance was proven correct with Iron Patriot being compromised. And the whole shield thing.

Captain America on the other hand? He still sees himself as a soldier. A guy reporting to someone else for a good cause. He, as a soldier, knows the value of accountability.

Still, Avengers and Ultron..

But what if the government gave Tony the choice of either being arrested and/or executed for creating Ultron, or being their bitch as the leading figure in the super human registration act.

Tony already proved he was willing to die the hero.

No way. The Winter Soldier had Cap fighting against the Secretary of Defense that wanted to eliminate anyone that could be a potential threat with the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarriers. Captain America is definitely going to be the one that rebels against it, will be the same as the comics I bet.

But he won't be a hero to the public at the end. He will be known as a merchant of death once more.

But that's because the Secretary of Defense was corrupt, evil, following an unamerican goal. In the end, he was a rogue aspect of the American Government who had been infilitrated by Hydra.

Him taking that down doesn't mean he doesn't think there should be an organization to answer to
