The meat, cheese and potato be dwarfish enough. Put meat on your bones and make you're chest hairs grow, regardless of gender. Just get rid of those leaves on the larger picture.

I'll probably pick it up at some point. It looks pretty neat and while I'm not sure I'll make any of the recipes in it, it'll be fun to browse through and will be helpful if I ever getting around to creating my RP character that's a cook.
