That doesn't exactly explain how Archimonde got to Dalaran, but I'll take it.

Has it been explained how Alt!Past!Dark Portal is connecting to the future of an alternate reality?

Probably because guldan got his hands on a certain crystal that brought garrosh and his dragon companion to draenor.....

The Garrosh short story explains it. Kairoz brought with him half of the broken magical hourglass (the Vision of Time), with the other half remaining in our Azeroth. The two parts of the hourglass are like beacons signaling each other, maintaining a connection between those specific timelines.

So, if someone gets one half of the Hourglass and brings it to the other half, the connection would be lost.

So... a PC E3 Conference is being hosted by Day9. Blizzard will be showing something. Any thoughts as to what it is?

Okay, that kinda makes sense, though I'm still not sure how the dark portals (especially Azeroth's dark portal) tie into that.

They are already gates meant to travel between worlds. With the hourglass as a beacon (to point to what world/time to link), they use the magic of the already existing gates.

Remember that the dark portal needed to be open on both sides, so Garrosh just ordered Gul'dan to make their portal, and link it to the existing portal in Azeroth, hijacking it from its original purpose, since there was no one else to open a new gate in Azeroth for him.

what you take as "defending" I take as "clarifying"

i'm disappointed with many of the choices made in warlords but I'm not going to sit here and say shit like "I hope Blizzard burns", wanting people to lose their jobs, etc.

that is what I call bitching

I donít think itís beyond the realm of possibility to have 7.0 hitting Live next March (9 months from a June 6.2 release) and the xpac landing in April (10 months). Thatís with the 7.0 reveal at BlizzCon, Beta starting a week later, and 4 months of Beta testing.

Sunwell -> Wrath was 8 months. ICC -> Cata was 12 months with ruby sanctum. Dragon Soul -> MoP was 10 months with nothing. SoO -> WoD was 14 months.

A 10 month drought isnít ideal but neither is it as horrible as some of you are making it out to be. I think ideally Blizz was shooting for the 7/8-month mark but personally I felt really rushed at the end of TBC to get all of the latest content done, and I kinda like the 3 month downtime (assuming a 6-month ďlifespanĒ for the raid) to take a break and kinda mull through all the stuff I hadnít gotten around to doing yet, like archaeology, and just have a leisurely goodbye to the expansion. That being said, if they stick to the one-raid-patch model from here on out, they really really should go through a .1 -> .2 -> .3 cycle, not end it at 2. Even if itís just a little thing.

"Howl of Sylvanas" sounds incredibly misogynistic, like a strong woman in charge would have to "howl" to be heard??

Make this a twitter shitstorm, they can't away with this outrage. Sexist bastards everywhere.

Unless you're a blind bootlicker I don't see why you'd take that seriously, on a forum for the said game series...

Shriek or Wail of Sylvanas sounds better. But they won't listen unless we're crying sjw's.

Spread a rumor that it refers to her having an orgasm as Arthas "has his way with her, through the experience of Frostmourne raping her soul and eating it" on Reddit/Tumblr/Twitter and watch the ragestorm erupt.

You are now picturing Sylvanas shouting "HUUUUUUHHH!" and having an ahegeo face as Arthas "penetrates" her with Frostmourne. And Arthas says "And her honey's all mine!"
