This looks interesting. Sounds like a canon ''RPG'' book.

It's a Tauren using Lightning. It's not that hard to slip it up.

Tome of Experience

I wish Varian and Garrosh were not the blazoned on the cover. Is that what WoW boils down to now, two characters dueling? It is really getting annoying at this point.

Especially since Garrosh is very shortly going to be dead.

Also, it looks like, rather than a "book of caine'" it's going to be restating WoW Manual stuff.

No cool drawings or insight from characters in universe, just pages of rehashed artwork with copy/pasted info from the manuals.

Fucking disappointing.

EDIT:

It's got fucking moose antlers.

It's not that hard to have one person who knows their shit look over the book and go "hey swap this picture out"

Warlock

<--- Is rereading the "Fel Magic" and "Warlocks" sections to see if he can figure out the difference.

When it hits the bookstores, I'll see if there's a page on the Orc and Human Wars. No sense in buying the book on the gamble that there may be material on it, or anything more than a page's caption if there is.

I am not sure that will actually be the cover of this book honestly and we don't know if Garrosh will actually die yet!! We only need to wait till Comic Con to get the whole low down.

The voice files suggest he dies.

When they said 'it may not be the end of his storyline" they meant his loyalists will likely fight under his banner, possibly going to Searing Gorge and Burning Steppes and settling in the old blackrock fortresses.

I thought the voice files only told us that Varian let there be another Warchief and that was it honestly since everyone has death files its a hard to know until we see it . KJ had a death animation and sound file but he never died ! . I do think we will get more information on the Visual guide at Comic Con and i just hope we do not get any retcons.

Well, this is cool. But... I REALLY HOPE this is not Warcraft's "Book of Cain". It would be sad, because the previewed pages' lore seem very basic: I mean, just a little paragraph to describe the Light?

The lightening is striking behind them, as if casting the old Hurricane. At this point aren't Druids basically Shaman Paladins who like trees a whole bunch?

There is going to be six pages devoted to the Forsaken and how they are Lordaeron. Mark my words.

So? You already twist everything with your fanon. Not sure why that would bother you.

You don't even play WoW, you don't know what's good and what isn't.

I wouldn't make such bold assertions if I were you. Because that isn't something remotely intelligent.

This has potential. I doubt it'll deal in absolutes though; it's no surprise they're so curt with things like the Light. Maybe they'll expand on it when it comes to races' particular views on it.

Warlocks use dark and fel magics against the Legion. cool to see it spelled out (instead of "cause gameplay")

I'd prefer six pages devoted to the Forsaken and how they are Lordaeron than nothing devoted to the Forsaken and nothing devoted to Lordaeron.

I would prefer nothing devoted to either if it means that Blizzard doesn't further take that storyline in the wrong direction.

Is it finished already? Because if not, maybe we can still go on twitter overdrive hoping to get things we want to know about added?

The book comes out in September if I recall so it's definitely finished by now and just will get edited if anything.
