Between this comment and the one about the Human getting a "hit" on Chen, I feel the need to point out that it was Roid Spikeshoulder who figured out the two of them weren't alone. Not the good Ensign Mustache Finejacket.

If the Human didn't notice the freaking staff that had just blocked and deflected his blow then why didn't he press the attack afterwards?

The Orc and Human both backed off when the staff intervened. The camera just focused on the Orc, because Chen was chilling out right behind him.

And all it takes is a tactically calculated "for the Horde" rallying the troops to make them all think "OMG she really does care!"

Well, we didn't see what the human was doing at the time, but it's safe to assume that his mustache had flown into his eyes and he had to get it out.

How someone can write that down without noticing the symbolism of that action and still think "/facepalm" is beyond me.

Belieive me dude, its worse over on mmo champ. The first thing people were saying when they saw the trailer was 'It was Awesome, until the panda came into it'...
Its called mists of PANDAria, and yet... /facepalm.

This is exactly how Bolvar feels.

It is only slightly second to the WotLK cinematic, and, really, that's just because the Arthas/Terenas lore was a lot more to work with there.

The cinematic is fantastic. I feel as if the crapfest that was Cataclysm has finally been purged...

The one huge missed opportunity with this cinematic would have been a shot where the Orc and the Human are fighting, and have their weapons crossed and we get this....

A shot with the two faces on the boat before the crash would have ABSOLUTELY made it for me. Damn it Blizzard, why you gotta be so near sighted with your art direction.

I walk by a huge poster of that boxart every day to work. Makes me choke with nostalgia every morning.
I still remember installing that game.

I just wanted to make sure you've seen the cover to the Chronicles of War novel compilation. Apologies if you have already.

Now that's an artistic homage to a past era, translated to modern times.

But that's not what this expansion is about. This expansion is about oppressing a native population and dragging them into your war.

I have, tides seems more appropriate/nostalgic. The two faces is iconic and something Blizzard has long forgotten. This was a wasted opportunity to totally play on that in an amazing modern relevant way.

So we don't need to buy MOP to play a pandaren. It will be available to all subscribers after Sep 25. The same rule applies to goblin and worgen.

Purchasing MOP will unlock lv 90, Pandaria, and all other content above 85.

I loved this cinematic. It had everything: humor, suspense and violence. I especially liked the whole adjusting the broken post with his cain, that Chen did.

I'm just trying to ignore everyone who is dumb today. MMO-Champ comments are making my eyes bleed.

Fantastic cinematic! Really sums up what Metzen said at Blizzcon about what this expansion is all about.
