I asked a question about Vereesa's fate in TOW to the OP on MMO-CHAMPION, here is his answer :

Quote:
Do you know what's happened to Vereesa Windrunner after she survived ? Did she comeback to Dalaran ?
Quote:
Hi there
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you as I have been at work and only been able to post on my breaks. In answer to your question.
Veressa Windrunner accompanies Jaina after the attack on Theramore when Jaina goes to speak to the council of six in the chamber of air.Befpre they go in, Jaina tells Veressa before they go in "He (Rhonin) told me I needed to survive. that I was the future of the kirin tor and he brought both our lives with his own I wont let anyone suffer like we have and they hug. during the meeting Veressa starts off stone faces but it slips away during the meeting. she accuses the sunweavers of being unable to be trusted.
she is seen also at the end of the book wearing a flowing red dress during Rhonins funeral in Dalaran and she is standing with her 2 sons.
I hope this has been of help to you and you enjoy the book when it comes out
Regards,
Reiko

Given that we know the major plot now, can anyone look for interesting minor details? Any hints on what is going on elsewhere? Since Dalaran is pretty much involved, was the canonicity of Ambermill finally brought up? What about the supposed naval battles in Tol'Barad, Tanaris, and Booty Bay?

Sounds like we got ourselves a new raid boss:

1) Blames the Sunreavers and by extension the Horde for the death of her husband?

2) Comes from a family that has issues with obsessions and are either destroyed or nearly destroyed by them?

As soon as she steps foot on Pandaland the sha are going to eat her right up.

I hope they eat the kids too

I think the red dress is a reference to Rhonin flowing red mane

I hope Vereesa goes into BtDP-Alleria levels of anti-Horde, and then if/when Alleria finally comes back she calms her sister down.

Then they have a reunion with Sylvanas in Stromgarde with Atiesh.

I think it's the same reason as the blood elves using the color. Mourning.

Anytime Veressa comes up I just remember the fact that Blizz has left her reunion with her sister out of the picture.

I was kidding but nice observation, hadn't thought about it.

If she goes into rage mode she won't survive the xpack. Now that Jaina calmed i'm thinking that she will be eventual Alliance character that will get killed Horde side in Oggrimmar raid

Why should it be related to Atiesh?

I really hope Blizzard can keep both sides' warmongers and assholes they way they are rather then demonize them or force them to regret. Fandral is probably the worst one.

I find funny that the fake interview did have something right, kinda. Garrosh did get a new "friend"

Joke from Blizzcon...2010? I think it was 2010.

People kept asking "what happened to x" so eventually Metzen joked that they'd bring Alleria, Turalyon, the Windrunner reunion and Atiesh together in Stromgarde.

Even though Ronin is dead... he can still be apart of the Timewalkers, right? Not that I care too much for the character, but I was putting my money behind him leaving the Kirin Tor at the request of the Bronze Flight so he could lead the Timewalkers.

Also, give me all the info. On everything Blood Elf related please. I'm a card-carrying elf whore. Sue me.

The Blood Elves are apparently hypocrites.

I'm guessing either her or Rogers. Or both, probably.

The Alliance's three rules on faction conflict:
1) You can't win.
2) You can't break even.
3) You can't leave the game.

Somewhat, yes. Also, thank you people for making a spoiler thread instead of spoiling it in an unmarked thread like last time..... however it did me no good this time either.

...being a warmongering asshole is essentially by itself the demonizing of a character.

They swear they'll always be loyal to Garrosh because the Horde are the only ones who've helped Quel'thalas.

Oh, yeah.

We'll see how long that lasts when Sylvanas goes off the deep end and starts slaughtering them all!

Wow. That's a pretty big oversight, given the events of The Burning Crusade.

It's most likely oversight, but blood elves aren't really new to the historical revisionism game.
