There were orcs that weren't aggressive prior to Pandaria, peons run from combat in the RTS games, there are orc scholars, and architects.

Orcs are supposed to be the Horde "Humans", so they should be diverse. Like often aggressive, but not always, and can play any role.

Well, if the rule was that orcs were the counterpart of humans, meaning both these races were meant to be the face of and thus represent there sides, the recent events pretty much broke that ideal apart, killing many orcs, dethroning not just garrosh but the long legacy of orc warchiefs, and pretty much leaving any future for the orcs of the horde completely ambiguous.

Garrosh tends to conveniently ignore anything his father did that doesn't rhyme with "killed Mannoroth and redeemed the orcs".

But he constantly brags about how his father billed a hand o' moths and esteemed the corks.
