I just wonder if the most powerful of Troll loas is Zanza the Restless. He is revered by the Zandalari Tribe the progenitor tribe oft all Trolls.

Probably means city or town such as Gurub city, Aman city, Farrak city, Drak city and such

About zanza he looks more like a powerfull ghost than a loa, since trolls worship powerfull ghosts as loa is a probably but not certain truth

I do believe that was outright stated, and that Zul'Jin literally meant "protector of the city", and it could actually be a title rather than a name.

Zul'jin?

Edit: Answered while typing

About the gods, I've always thought the Earthmother/Elune was Eonar. Admittedly I only know the basics of Troll lore but I don't think Blizzard would tie in two of the strongest presences on Azeroth to gods only recently introduced with the Drakkari if they had any relation to the troll gods I'd expect to be the Zandalari gods.

Zim gods looked like a troll standard, above the loa, unaffected by the mortal squabbles like the loa are, everything around them is going to hell and they passivly give blessings to those that offer sacrifices to them, uncaring what is happening below them.

Maybe as Zul' means City, Zim' might mean god.

WoWWiki says that in the RPG book "World of Warcraft: The Roleplaying Game", Zul means "voodoo master" and Jin means "tribal chief or elder". In the context of a city or altar, that makes no sense, so that should be thrown out like most RPG contents.

A: Dont completly trust rpg books(Sorry didn't read that last part of yours post)

B: Zul could have more than one meaning based on context and syntax.

C: all Troll cities have zul

D: Zul: Zul may mean "Great", hence "Zul'jin" would mean "Great Chief" and "Zul'Gurub" would mean "Great Gurub" or "Great City of the Gurubashi". It is also able to be speculated that 'Zul' refers to a large Troll city, such as 'Zul'Gurub,' "City of the Gurubashi."
That's the best defintion of zul in Zandali http://www.wowwiki.com/Zandali

On a totally unreleated note what is Ageon? That this guy says when he dies

That is speculation and/or fan fiction, even if it works.

On the topic of Zul:

Zul is more of a title than anything else. I read somewhere that it means "great", and is used as the prefix of a city to demonstrate its esteem and size. In another RPG book, zul was a title given to a great voodoo master, and apparently it was also given to a city guardian (probably, translated literally, meant "great guardian"). In short, Zul is a title, meaning great, which can be bestowed either on cities or people (trolls).

Well ill bump this with my current theory
The troll gods, the light, the earthmother eyes, and Elune are the same or part of a triad of gods, based around the 3 cosmic objects important that affect, the 2 moons and the sun, the priests talents, ill use the yin, yang and chi as a basis for a example:

Yang=Sun=Zim'Abwa=Anshee=Light=X
Zim'Abwa as a powerful visage that pierces the soul, and wants likes appreciation and respect.
The basis of this theory is that its said to have a strong visage that pierces the soul, which can be said that the sun as a strong visage, and since blizz dev have been hinting as the light and the sun as the same.

Yin=White Lady moon=Zim'Torga=Musha=Shadow=Elune
Is shown as a female troll god and passive or pacific a characteristics shared by elune.

Chi=Blue Child moon=Zim'Rhuk=X=Discipline=X
The less known about however according to his quest he is a wise god and a isolationist which fits with the lack of information on this god.

Probably most people will raise their to this far-fetched theory but what do you people think?

In the context of the quote, it sounds to me like Ageon is a place or region, not a being. Maybe Ageon is the name for the part of the sea that used to be his home, or someplace that he was longing for in his moment of need?

Regarding "Zul" and other such words, it wouldn't be hard to believe that its real meaning doesn't have a nice and tidy translation to English. Take any two languages, even very similar ones, and pick any dictionary-level word, even a word that has a literal translation between the two languages, and there likely won't be a real neat matchup in the actual, effective definition of the word as it's used in either language.

So a word like Zul might directly translate to 'city' or 'great' or 'place of belonging to x', but the word's practical application in the native tongue could imply some concept that combines a variety of english words and concepts, in some way that is completely foreign and untranslatable to us.

Add to the fact that it comes from a fantasy language spoken by non-human creatures, and the word's real meaning could be totally alien and utterly indescribable in any human language.

They were created though. I guess they could have developed some belief or founded a homeland, but the titans created them to dig out the seas or whatever.

Them being created does not negate anything like that. The Great currents of Ageon may be a sacred titan base under the sea, or perhaps a place on the titan homeworld/headquarters.

I said that. It may be a place they founded afterwards. As for a place on the titan homeworld I don't think so. The creations weren't implanted with a whole history of the titans. They sometimes seem like computers where they have to be updated with the latest news like the stone keeper in Uldaman who has no info past a certain date.

It could be a underwater Titan Vault, a underwater Sea Giant city or the Sea giant's afterlife or birthplace.

doesnt seem like anyone agrees with my theory

Yes, we know you have a theory. If someone finds it interesting they will reply regarding it without three "check out my theory" bumps.

Lack of feedback is feedback in its own way.

Your theory is possible, but there is no way to know for sure. To me, it seems unlikely and the evidence seems coincidental at best.

Your theory works, but it can also not work. The pieces sort of fit together, but they may not be meant to fit together.
