It's very interesting. So in the nuthsell:

- The Scarlet Brotherhood is very Anti Anduin and accusses him both of wanting to ursurp the Lordareon and having conspired to kill Calia with Sylvanas and turn her undead.

- They are Pro-Greymane and the Worgen to fight the Undead... until of course they have served their purpose so they can go "Pureblooded humans über alles" again.

- They know of Calia's kid, but pretend it being male and under their protection. (The whole Arathi noble bs is pretty much an additional scheme, so they can also take control of Arathi. Ditto Stormwind, since they clearly want Anduin dead. And don't forget that humans have a boner for the whole Arathi bloodline thingy.....)

So the Scarlets new plans are pretty clear. Plus we can totally except that once a again a Dreadlord is behind this. (Let's be real: A new Scarlet Order/Organization NOT being under the control of a Dreadlord would be against WoW tradition.

Didn't they get wiped out/undeaded during Wrath?

The Onslaught and much of the Crusade's armies were, but the Crusade were still active in parts of Tirisfal as of the Cataclysm revamp with the whole Lilian Voss thing, and subsequently in the MoP revamp of Scarlet Monastery, again involving Voss (and that crazed former Crusader guy.) Legion also showed that there are fragmented leftovers still running around and in hiding, with some individuals having repented and quit before being recruited into the priest's Order Hall.

Considering that they are calling themselves the "Scarlet Brotherhood" now, they sound more like an organization operating in the shadows, rather than in daylight.

Imo. they probatly infiltrated existing orders in the World and are using them for their goals.

It kinda sounds like if the Defias merged with the Scarlets, but that would be too much of a stretch.

That would be interesting.

I dunno. "Defias Brotherhood" merged with Scarlets would get this type of name.

Plus it brings the defias political angle in. I can see Vanessa doing it.
