Is it possible to create this spell in Warcraft 3?

This spell is very intelligent due it causes 50 dmg in total and finds the weakest hp units in area of effect.
For example: you encounter a group of 6 footmen, one with 11 hp and the rest five footmen with 10 hp each one. When you cast Death Coil on the one with 11 hp, it will spread five coils with 10 dmg each and kill the five weakest footmen instead.

One of best spells in history of games, I'd love to reconstruct it.

There were many W2 maps back in the day. I guess it could have been recreated in some of them.
