2. they were capable of seeing dead people
3. they took care of a darkened naaru.

5. There's powerful arcane energies beneath auchindoun.

Number 3 is significant in this regard, because it would be utter and complete insanity and idiocy for the auchenai to use shadow magic while they're supposed to be undarkening a naaru.
They also had Light-based "necromancy": summoned an army of Light-risen draenei spirits to help the Trollbane "clean" Auchindoun and rescue Kurdran.

It wouldn't make sense for them to use the Void, but it would be really fitting for them to use the Light in a closer relation with the dead and the Spirit World.

Beyond that, there are plenty of differences in Draenor already, so there's hardly much of a problem to have the draenei using (and having a shitstorm about) shadow magic. You know, internal conflict and whatnot.
Internal conflict is fabulous, and I would be completely fine with some other draenei temple using shadow magic. However, it seems nigh-impossible that the auchenai didn't know some part of D'ore was still around, since he was still drawing in spirits (which the auchenai), and Velen could still talk to K'ure. I'd argue a more likely explanation is that the entire reason auchindoun exists was to restore D'ore by feeding him light spirits.

That one would be pretty damn cool, aye.

My Wishlist:

1) Every draenei and orc ruin in Outland is represented in Draenor. I know, it's not going to happen, but it's a wishlist damn it.

2) Every Horde and Alliance race has at least one base/questing hub and has a cursory amount of current lore for said race.
